Getting remote support

  • X-PAD Ultimate offers a quick link from the software to download and start two popular remote support applications, allowing the distributors support team to remotely access your controller.

  • Click X-PAD logo on top-left of main screen.

  • Open the Support page.

  • Click Send e-mail to share or send by email the current job.

  • Click TeamViewer to download or start TeamViewer Quick Support application to allow support team to access your device.

  • Click AnyDesk to download or start AnyDesk application to allow support team to access your device.
