Object snap

The object snap (OSNAP) allows the input of elements in a precise way using the main points of the other drawing objects.

Available commands:

Icon	Command	Description
	Extreme	Locates the endpoints of the entities
	Middle	Locates the middle point of entities
	Intersection	Locates the point of intersection between 2 elements
	Perpendicular	Locates the perpendicular point on a specific entity
	Nearest	Locates the nearest point on a specific entity
	Center	Locates the center of an arc or circle
	Tangent	Locates the point tangent on a specific entity
	Node	Locates the points
	Elevation on surface	Find a reference surface to use to calculate the element elevation
	Cloud nearest	Snap the cursor to the nearest point in the click position on a point cloud
	Cloud lowest	Snap the cursor to the lowest point in the click position on a point cloud
	Cloud average	Calculates a buffer around the cursor position and snaps the cursor to the midpoint on a point cloud
	Cloud highest	Calculates a buffer around the cursor position and snaps the cursor to the highest point located on a point cloud
	Perpendicular plane	Snap the cursor on a plane identified on the point cloud and perpendicular to previous point
	Pipe center	Snap the cursor in the center of a cylinder identified on the point cloud
	Smart Magnifier	Activates a magnifying window that acts within a set radius. Click to zoom in Click to zoom out Click activate the plane recognition function. The function triggers a highlight of the identified plans. When activat ed, the intersection point of the planes is selected.
	Cancel object snap	Turn off all OSNAP
	Settings	Accesses the CAD Settings window
