GeoMax is not taking on any responsability for 3° party applications installed on Zoom45.

Since Zoom45 platform is Android, it is possible to install third party Android applications onboard.
Zoom45 does not support Google Play Store, so third party applications have to be installed from APK files or from 3th party app stores.
For example these applications can be installed onboard to simplify the work:
- Orion viewer (pdf reader) : to open pdf on total station like X-PAD Measurements report.
- DuckDuckGo (Web browser) : improves internet browsing.
- K-9 email (email client) : to read emails, download email attachments or send export files by email.
To install applications from an APK file:
1. Download from internet the desired APK compatible for Android.
2. Move the APK file to total station using an USB pen drive or a remote application.
3. Manually install the APK from Android.

To install an email client on Zoom45 please follow these steps:

Download and install DuckDuckGo web browser from APK file (DuckDuckGo Privacy Browser | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository).
Start DuckDuckGo and int he initial configuration set it as default browser application.
Download and install K-9 email client from APK file (K-9 Mail | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository).
Start K-9 and login with the email address you want to have available on Zoom45.
