Calculate cross sections

Calculating sections or profile means applying the set calculation rules to calculate the cross section lines.

The rules can be changed in the section settings (see Calculation rules ) or using the Rules function.

  • Click X-Sections.

  • Click Rules.

This open the setting page for calculation rules (Calculation rules ).

To calculate the cross sections lines:

  • Click X-Sections.

  • Click All.

  • The cross sections lines are created according to defined rules.

  • After calculating the section lines, they will be drawn in the planimetry view, where they are also visible in 3d mode; also the program has a dedicated view for sections and profile.
