The command levels to an horizontal plane the points cloud.
By selecting three points a transformation is calculated and applied to the points cloud. The three points will be on an horizontal plane.

Click Cloud.

Click Level.

Select the three points on the points cloud that lays on the horizontal plane.

In the next window select the points cloud from the list of available points clouds, and proceed to level the selected subprojects.
