Offset function creates an object parallel to reference object at a defined distance.

Click Edit.

Select Offset.

Select the objects to offset.

Enter the horizontal offset and the vertical offset.

Software proposes the two possible options, select the offset direction and click OK.

Enter the offset repetition and click OK.
